We are improving how we review power relay, DC contactor and high-voltage component cross-reference requests so buyers can send clearer RFQs and compare replacement paths earlier.
We are seeing more power relay and DC contactor buyers send RFQs that include an original model number, a replacement reference and a request for sourcing options in the same message. That is a useful change, because high-voltage component purchasing often depends on more than a single part number.
